Welcome to Your Transition Year

Transitioning out of military service can feel exciting, uncertain, motivating, and overwhelming all at once. The goal of this program is not to expect you to have everything figured out immediately. It is to help you begin building structure, direction, and confidence for what comes next.

Whether your next step is employment, entrepreneurship, education, or something still taking shape, this year is an opportunity to start organizing the pieces that support your future.

For some veterans, that may include:
• Healthcare and VA planning
• Career exploration or business ideas
• Certifications and education
• Business licenses, insurance, and registrations
• Taxes, finances, and banking
• Branding, resumes, websites, and professional presence
• Networking and relationship building
• Learning civilian systems, tools, and communication styles

For example, building REBOLLIDO LLC - Audio Visual Architecture involved more than starting a company. It meant learning how to turn experience, leadership, technical skills, and long-term planning into a sustainable business structure.

You do not need to complete everything at once.

Start with the basics. Ask questions. Explore possibilities. Build step by step.

Your experience already taught you how to adapt, solve problems, and lead through change.

This is simply the next mission.
